Kipling Capital
Investment Philosophy
Our investment philosophy is focused on mutual benefits for the investor, the sponsor, and Kipling Capital. We invest alongside our investors, as do our Sponsors. We also structure our programs so that our success comes from our investor's success. This "alignment of interests" is achieved as follows:
Kipling Capital Co-Investment: The Principals of Kipling Capital have formed Kipling Investors, LLC to co-invest alongside our investors and our sponsors in the transactions that we represent. We believe in the quality of our investment offerings.

Sponsor Co-Investment: Our Sponsors co-invest in their own projects alongside and on an equal basis with our investors. This structure provides strong incentives and a natural commonality of interests within our investment offerings.

Competitive Incentive Based Fee Structures: Kipling Capital's investment structures typically incorporate modest fees for both the Sponsor and Kipling Capital. These fee structures incorporate a performance based component which is typically based on a share of the project's profits and is generally earned only after the investor receives a return of their capital as well as a cumulative annual preferred return.
