Since our inception, the principals of Kipling Capital have raised over $2.2 billion of equity capital to fund over 110 investment entities which have invested in over 1000 real estate projects including office, industrial, retail, resort, and residential properties valued in excess of $8.0 billion. Our capital raising and investor relations services allow our investment managers/sponsors to focus their efforts on managing their investment portfolios for the benefit of investors instead of raising capital.
