Since our inception in 1999, the principals of Kipling Capital have raised over $1.5 billion in equity capital to fund over 800 real estate projects including office, industrial, retail, resort and residential properties valued in excess of $7.2 billion. Targeted annual investor returns (IRR) on these investments have ranged from 9.5% to 58% and programs have typically provided investors with tax deferred or tax exempt income, monthly or quarterly cash flow, and a preferred return to investors.

In 2004, the principals of Kipling Capital, Inc. formed Kipling Investors, LLC for purposes of investing in investment products offered by Kipling Capital. All investments are made side-by-side with Kipling Capital's clients on the same terms and conditions. Over the past years, the principals of Kipling Investors, LLC and our Sponsors have committed to co-invest over $250 million alongside our investors in investments offered by Kipling Capital, Inc. We believe that the commonality of interests created with meaningful co-investment is a key component of our investment success.

Over the course of their professional careers, the Kipling principals have been instrumental in structuring and financing the acquisition and development of many notable properties including Meadowood-Napa Valley, Pebble Beach Resorts, Post Ranch Inn, The Santa Lucia Preserve and the Chileno Bay Club in Cabo San Lucas.
